Kent Meier

Kent has been involved in leadership roles in business and lay ministry most of his adult life and career.  Most recently as a National Sales Director and Senior Strategic Executive, he was responsible for leadership development and training, with a persuasive approach to problem solving and implementing strategic solutions. 

He has sold concepts and solutions to everyone from politically appointed executives, to Senate and Congressional staffers, to small business owners. He enjoyed his years coaching, mentoring and providing leadership development to small business owners across the country. Speaking nationwide with a sales network of over 450 representatives in 43 states, he developed over 100 top leaders. During those years he also developed strategic solutions to help fundraise for various public and private organizations.

He briefed politically appointed executives on complex IT mainframe solutions, and integrated four large-scale IRS Tax Systems Modernization (TSM) projects across the country. Additionally, he worked with US Senate and US House staff members on Federal Budget issues for the FAA in Washington DC.

In addition to his varied work experience, he has traveled all over the world. Growing up he spent his summers and Christmas breaks in the Middle East leading large Tour Groups.  He has been to Greece, Egypt, Israel, and Turkey over 125 times. He loves volunteering at church and in his community.  He spent over 20 years working with Jr High and Sr High Youth Groups, and served as a Deacon in his Church.

He is married to his wife Pauline of 37 years, they are both 1983 graduates of Baylor University.  They have 2 married kids, and 3 beautiful grandkids! He loves sports and working out, and has completed 11 marathons.

He currently serves on the board of Here’s Life Africa, and travels to Tanzania, Africa each summer to encourage, motivate, and love on the indigenous staff serving the organization.
